experience = everything.
As poet John Keats wrote, “nothing ever becomes real until it is experienced.” As an events producer and marketer, this is Kate Elliott’s northern star.
For the past decade, Kate has brought events and experiences to life across the country. Rooted in the retail and fashion industries, Kate’s background also spans across theater, performances, virtual events, and conferences.
Originally from San Francisco, CA, Kate began her experiential career in New York City, assisting New York Fashion Week shows with some of the biggest fashion brands such as Alexander Wang, Cartier, Chanel, Rag & Bone, Ralph Lauren, and Valentino. From there, Kate took on a full-time role managing the experiential marketing strategy for apparel brand, M.M.LaFleur, where she produced retail pop-ups and events nationwide. Kate also has audience and account development experience via her time at Shoptalk and Groceryshop, where she supported the coordination of virtual and live events.
Kate has furthered her brand storytelling expertise as the Senior Manager of Marketing Events for Anthropologie, planning, producing, and executing retail, brand, press & media, partner, influencer, impact, and on-campus events for Anthropologie Group brands.
When Kate’s not making experiential magic happen, she enjoys writing and theater, and has freelanced as a copywriter. Kate grew up as a dancer and performer to theater tech parents and now takes the stage as an improviser (yes, you heard that right - improv). Kate loves a good “yes, and” and will always have your back.
Kate is always looking to connect with others in the industry or to take on freelance projects. From event consultation to full-service event planning, don’t hesitate to reach out!
