experience = everything.

As John Keats once wrote, “nothing ever becomes real until it is experienced.” This philosophy serves as the guiding principle behind Kate Elliott’s work as a brand events producer and experiential marketer.

Over the past decade, Kate has built a career at the intersection of brand, marketing, and experience, developing strategies that translate brand identity into meaningful, audience-first moments. With a foundation in retail and fashion, her work spans integrated marketing, brand partnerships, and event production, all rooted in storytelling and measurable impact.

Originally from San Francisco, Kate began her experiential career in New York City, contributing to New York Fashion Week productions for leading fashion houses including Alexander Wang, Cartier, Chanel, Rag & Bone, Ralph Lauren, and Valentino. She later led the experiential marketing strategy for M.M.LaFleur, producing retail pop-ups and brand activations nationwide.

Kate expanded her audience development and event operations expertise through her work with Shoptalk and Groceryshop, supporting the execution of both large-scale in-person and virtual experiences.

She went on to serve as Senior Manager of Marketing Events at Anthropologie, where she led the go-to-market strategy and execution of retail, brand, press, influencer, and partnership events— ensuring cohesive brand expression and alignment across touchpoints.

Kate currently works within Enterprise Marketing at Humana, focusing on Brand Sponsorships and Experiential. In this role, she develops integrated brand strategies that leverage partnerships and live experiences to deepen audience engagement and strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Outside of her professional work, Kate is a writer and theater enthusiast who has freelanced as a copywriter. With a background in dance and performance, she brings a creative, collaborative mindset to her work—grounded in curiosity, adaptability, and a strong belief in the power of “yes, and.”

Kate is always open to connecting with others in the industry on brand strategy, experiential marketing, and integrated campaign development.
